Skin On Fries
Why eat out when you can eat in? With the skins left on for extra flavour, these thin fries are cut from the finest potatoes and are lovely and crisp – perfect to pair with a posh burger.

How to Cook
The following cooking instructions are for 500g of McCain Skin On Fries. For different quantities adjust the cooking time accordingly. Be careful NOT TO OVERCOOK!
Preheat the oven to 230°C/220°C Fan/Gas Mark 8.
Spread a single layer of fries onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven.
Bake for 15 – 18 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.
