We use specially selected potatoes to make our long and thin, Crispy French Fries. Made simple with sunflower oil and our unique crispy coating, they’re tasty from the first bite to the last.

Potatoes, Sunflower Oil, Batter (WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Modified Starch (Maize, Tapioca), Rice Flour, Salt, Corn Starch, Natural Colours (Turmeric Extract, Paprika Extract)).

How to Cook
The following cooking instructions are for 350g McCain Crispy French Fries. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT overcook!
Preheat the oven to 230ºC / 445ºF / Gas Mark 8.
For fan assisted ovens that’s 220ºC / 430ºF.
Spread your Crispy French Fries evenly in a single layer onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 14 – 16 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.
Remove the rack from the grill pan. Preheat the grill for five minutes at a medium high heat.
