Oven
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C Fan/Gas Mark 8.
2. Spread a single layer of fries onto a baking tray and pop it in the top of the oven.
3. Bake for 14 - 18 minutes, turning every now and again, until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.
