Air Fryer
1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
2. Carefully open the bag of wedges, tear open the sachet and ADD the seasoning from the sachet to uncooked product, close bag.
3. SHAKE product in bag, ensuring fries are evenly covered.
4. TIP the wedges in the basket. Shake half way through cooking. Cook until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.
Cook times below based on the power output of the air fryer.
Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Oven
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C Fan/Gas Mark 7.
DO NOT PLACE THE BAG IN THE OVEN
2 Carefully open the bag of wedges, tear open the sachet and ADD the seasoning from the sachet to uncooked product, close bag.
3. SHAKE product in bag, ensuring fries are evenly covered.
4. TIP and spread your Shake Shake wedges in a single layer onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 16 - 18 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.
