Sweet Chilli Fish Cakes with Home Chips

Enjoy a deliciously balanced meal with our Sweet Chilli Fish Cakes and crispy Home Chips. The fish cakes are infused with a zesty sweet chilli kick, while the golden chips add the perfect crunch. Made in minutes with the air fryer, this quick and flavourful dish is the ideal way to bring everyone together for a tasty meal.
INGREDIENTS
500g White Fish Fillets
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
1 Lime
1 ½ tsp Thai Sweet Chili
3 tbsp. Coriander Leaves
4 tbsp. Spring Onions
30g Coconut Shred
500g McCain Home Chips Straight Cut
METHOD
Puree the fish in a food processor. Then add egg, salt, half of the lime zest juice and thai sweet chilli. Then pulse
Now add the finely chopped coriander leaves and spring onion and mix again.
Divide the fish mixture into 8 portions and shape them in rounds and flatten them a little
Scatter the coconut onto a soup plate. Coat the flatten fish rounds with coconut
Place the fish cakes into the air fryer for 3 minutes at 200°C. Then add McCain Home Chips and cook for a further 12 minutes
