Sausage and Roasts Traybake

INGREDIENTS
6-8 sausages
700g McCain Roast Potatoes
1 red pepper
1/2 courgette
1 onion
Seasoning: Rosemary and garlic
METHOD
Cut the pepper, courgette and onion into slices and place into a deep tray
Place the sausages and Roasts in a tray with the vegetables.
Sprinkle with seasoning and drizzle in vegetable oil.
Place the tray in the oven for 35 minutes at 220 degrees.
Plate up and serve.
Serves 3-4 people (depending on tray size)
