INGREDIENTS

250g (approx) Ribeye steak

1 green pepper

1 brown onion

4 slices American cheese

2 soft sub rolls

250g McCain Air Fryer Deep Ridge Crinkle Cut Chips

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Salad:

Handful of rocket

Handful of cherry tomatoes

½ cucumber, sliced

METHOD

  • Preheat both baskets of your air fryer to 200ºc/400ºf. Slice your ribeye steak into strips and remove the core of your green pepper and slice. Peel and slice the brown onion, then drizzle everything with olive oil and season everything generously with salt and pepper.

  • When the air fryer is preheated, throw in the steak, onions and peppers and cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway.

  • Get your McCain Air Fryer Crinkle Chips into the other basket and cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway. Once they’re cooked, remove the fries from the air fryer and set aside.

  • Once the steak, onions and peppers are cooked remove the basket from the air fryer. Use a pair of tongs to divide the filling between your sub rolls and top each one with 2 slices of American cheese.

  • Return the sub rolls to the air fryer basket and cook for a further 2 minutes to toast the buns and melt the cheese.

  • Mix salad ingredients in a bowl and serve up on the side with the McCain Air Fryer Crinkle Chips.
