Palak Paneer Loaded Fries

Treat yourself to a delicious fusion with our Palak Paneer Skin On Loaded Fries. Crispy fries are topped with a rich, creamy spinach and paneer mixture, seasoned with garam masala and kasuri methi. This quick and easy dish brings together the bold flavours of India with the indulgence of golden fries, making it the perfect comfort meal with a twist.

INGREDIENTS

McCain Skin On Fries

150g Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)

120g tightly packed spinach

1tbsp oil

1tbsp Butter

2 green chillies, deseeded

140g small onions, finely chopped

100g small tomatoes, chopped

1tbsp ginger paste

1tbsp garlic paste

¾ tsp salt

½ tsp garam masala

½ tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

METHOD

  • Saute spinach and chillies for 3-4 minutes in a pan until spinach is fully wilted. Add 60ml water and puree in a blender until smooth. If needed, add tablespoons of water to reach desired consistency. Then set aside

  • Place McCain Skin on Fries into the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C. Add the paneer with 5 minutes remaining

  • Whilst they cook. Heat butter and oil, add onions and cook until golden brown. Then set aside

  • Saute ginger and garlic paste in a pan for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add garam masala and cook for another 2 minutes. Return onions to the pan and add 180ml water and cook until onions are completely soft

  • Add the pureed spinach and kasuri methi and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add paneer

  • Pour your Palak Panner over your crispy McCain Skin on Fries.

The recipe above is based on a 2000W, 4.3l air fryer. Please adjust the cooking time appropriately when using different model
