1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced
-
1/2 cup pickled red onions (store-bought or homemade)

Extra buffalo or hot sauce for drizzling
METHOD
Make the Buffalo Wings (or buy store-bought):

Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
-
Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Air fry for 18-20 minutes until crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway through.

Once cooked, place the wings in a bowl, and toss with half of the buffalo sauce. Keep warm while you cook the McCain Air Fryer Hash Brown Bites.

In a clean Air Fryer basket, cook the McCain Air Fryer Hash Brown Bites for 8-10 minutes at 200°C. Shake halfway through cooking. Cook until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.

-
Arrange buffalo wings around (or on top if you want it fully loaded).
-
Finally, add a drizzle of buffalo or hot sauce.
