Crispy and flavour packed dish, perfect for sharing at your weekend feast.

INGREDIENTS

300g McCain Air Fryer Hash Brown Bites

For the Buffalo Chicken Wings:

  • 10–12 chicken wings (or drumettes)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 bottle of buffalo wing sauce (like Frank's RedHot or similar)

Toppings:

  • 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup pickled red onions (store-bought or homemade)

  • Extra buffalo or hot sauce for drizzling

METHOD

Make the Buffalo Wings (or buy store-bought):

    • Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.

    • Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    • Air fry for 18-20 minutes until crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway through.

    • Once cooked, place the wings in a bowl, and toss with half of the buffalo sauce. Keep warm while you cook the McCain Air Fryer Hash Brown Bites.

    • In a clean Air Fryer basket, cook the McCain Air Fryer Hash Brown Bites for 8-10 minutes at 200°C. Shake halfway through cooking. Cook until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.

    • Once cooked place the Hash Brown Bites on a large serving platter. Scatter jalapeño slices and pickled red onions.

    • Arrange buffalo wings around (or on top if you want it fully loaded).

    • Finally, add a drizzle of buffalo or hot sauce.
