Zest 2 large lemons into a ramekin dish, followed by 1 tbsp black pepper, ½ tsp coarse salt, 1 tsp garlic granules and 1 tsp onion granules and mix together
Add 300g McCain Crispy French Fries to your air-fryer basket, then sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning and toss until well coated
Air-fry the french fries at 200C for 8-10 minutes (shaking half way through) until they’re lovely crisp and light golden
To make the ranch dip, add 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 tbsp mayo, 2 crushed large garlic cloves, 1 tbsp dried dill, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tsp onion granules, 1 tsp black pepper and 2 tbsp buttermilk to a large ramekin dish and mix until well combined.
