Hot Honey Hash Brown Bites with Feta and Chillies

Add a kick to your sharing game with these crispy, morish bites.
INGREDIENTS

300g of McCain Air Fryer Hash Brown Bites

100g feta cheese, crumbled

1–2 fresh red chillies or jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust to your heat preference)

Fresh parsley or coriander (optional, for garnish)

100mls of hot honey
METHOD

Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.

Cook the McCain Air Fryer Hash Brown Bites for 8-10 minutes. Shake half-way through cooking. Cook until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.

Once the bites are hot and crispy, transfer them into your favourite serving bowl.

Sprinkle crumbled feta all over.

Scatter the chopped fresh chillies on top.

Drizzle generously with the hot honey.

Garnish with a little chopped parsley or coriander if you like.

Serve while everything is spicy and delicious.
