Homemade Breaded Fish and Chunky Chips

Treat yourself to homemade golden-brown fish fillets, coated in a crunchy breadcrumb crust, paired with McCain Chunky Chips. Served with a side of homemade tartare sauce, this quick and satisfying dinner is ready in just 20 minutes, bringing comfort and flavour to your table. Perfect for any occasion!
INGREDIENTS
2 Cod fish fillets (Skinless)
50g Plain Flour
50g Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
Salt and pepper
300g Home Chips Chunky
Tartare sauce:
30g Mayo
20g Gherkin (Diced)
20g Capers (Roughly chopped)
Lemon juice (Squeeze)
Salt and Pepper
METHOD
Make 3 bowls: 1st bowl with flour and a large pinch of salt and pepper, 2nd bowl with whisked eggs, 3rd bowl with breadcrumbs
Dip your fillets in flour then egg then breadcrumbs ensuring they are fully coated. Place aside.
Preheat your air fryer to 200c
Place your Home Chips Chunky into the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes
Add in your coated fish with 10 minutes remaining
Serve with homemade tartare sauce
