700g McCain Roasts

1 red pepper

1/2 courgette

1 onion

Seasoning: Rosemary and garlic

Step 1: Cut the pepper, courgette and onion into slices and place into a deep tray

Step 2: Place the sausages and Roasts in a tray with the vegetables.

Step 3: Sprinkle with seasoning and drizzle in vegetable oil.

Step 4: Place the tray in the oven for 35 minutes at 220 degrees.

Step 5: Plate up and serve.

Serves 3-4 people (depending on tray size)
