Arrange the chicken on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with a little oregano, chilli flakes and pepper.
Place the whole Boursin in the centre of the tray with a splash of single cream. This will become your creamy, truffly sauce base as it bakes!
Scatter the cherry tomatoes and broccoli in between and around the chicken.
Bake for 30–35 mins until the chicken is golden and cooked through, the tomatoes are soft and blistered, the broccoli is tender, and the Boursin has melted down into a luscious, spoonable sauce.
Serve hot, spooning the creamy Boursin sauce over everything. Pair with crispy McCain Home Chips (cooked separately) for dunking and scooping.
