Chilli-Non-Carne Topped Wedges

Enjoy a quick and tasty meal with our Chilli Non Carne Topped Wedges. Lightly Spiced McCain Wedges are topped with hearty vegetarian chilli, melted cheese, and creamy guacamole for the perfect combination of comfort and flavour. Made in the air fryer in just 20 minutes, this dish is ideal for a satisfying lunch or dinner, bringing warmth and goodness to your table.
INGREDIENTS
250g McCain Lightly Spiced Wedges
Quorn Chilli non Carne
A generous handful of grated cheddar cheese
A dollop of guacamole
A large spoonful of sour cream
METHOD
Pop your McCain Wedges into your airfryer and cook at 200C for 10 minutes.
Remove your wedges from the airfryer, and line the basket with silver foil.
Heat a pot of your favourite vegetarian ‘chilli non carne’. You can find a recipe to our favourite here.
Return the wedges to the airfryer and smother in the hot chilli.
Sprinkle on some grated cheese and cook for another 5 minutes at 180C.
Serve with a dollop of guacamole and sour cream. Enjoy!
