INGREDIENTS
300g McCain Crispy French Fries
6 Cheese slices
350g beef mince, cooked and seasoned
1 Large pickled gherkin, sliced
Onion, finely chopped
Sesame seeds to garnish
Burger sauce to garnish & ketchup to dip
Extra Ingredients/props needed (to buy):
Side Salad
Non-Stick 6 Cup Muffin Tray
METHOD
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Place approximately 10 McCain Crispy French Fries into the bottom of a muffin tray cup and around the sides - you may need to cut down some of the fries to fit in.
Add a sprinkle of grated cheese into each cup, then top with seasoned beef mince (approx 350g for 6 cups) and a slice of cheese.
Transfer the muffin tray to the bottom shelf of your preheated oven and cook for 12-14 minutes - until the fries are crispy and the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with a drizzle of burger sauce, gherkins, chopped onions and sesame seeds.
We served ours with a side salad and dipping pots of burger sauce and tomato ketchup!
