Sweet Potato (90%), Cajun Batter (Modified Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Dextrin, Spices (Cumin, Paprika, Cayenne Chilli, Coriander), Salt, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Garlic Powder, Vegetable Fibre, Red Bell Pepper Powder, Flavouring, Thickener (Xantham Gum), Oregano Extract, Colour (Paprika Extract)), Sunflower Oil (3.8%).

How to Cook
The following cooking instructions are for 500g of McCain Cajun Sweet Potato Wedges. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT overcook!
IN THE OVEN
Preheat the oven to 220°C/210°C Fan/Gas Mark 7.
Spread a single layer of wedges onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven.
Bake for 26 – 30 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely and crisp.
