Oven
NOT SUITABLE FOR AIR FRYERS.
1. Preheat the oven to 210°C Fan/Gas Mark 7.
2. Preheat a DEEP tray with NO HOLES for 5 minutes.
3. Spread chips in a single layer & place in top of oven.
4. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes turning occasionally for a crispy golden finish.
