Our Potato Croquettes have a crispy coating and are filled with fluffy mashed potato, making them a delicious addition to dinnertime meals. Quick and easy to make – just pop your frozen Croquettes in the oven and bake until golden.

Potatoes (51%), Breadcrumbs (WHEAT Flour, Salt,  Yeast, Sunflower Oil, Black Pepper), Potato Flakes, Sunflower Oil (5%), WHEAT Flour, Whey Powder (MILK), Maize Starch, Rice Protein, Salt, Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Stabiliser (E464), Black Pepper Extract

How to Cook

The following cooking instructions are for 500g of McCain Croquettes. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT overcook!

OVEN

Preheat the oven to 220°C / 430°F / Gas Mark 7.

Spread your McCain Croquettes evenly in a single layer on a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 22 – 25 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.
