Air Fryer
1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
2. Place the wedges in the basket. Shake half way through cooking. Cook until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.
Cook times below based on the power output of the air fryer.
Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Oven
1. Preheat the oven to 210°C Fan/Gas Mark 8.
2. Spread a single layer of wedges onto a baking tray and pop it in the top of the oven.
3. Bake for 18 minutes, turning every now and again, until they're lovely, crisp and light golden.
