Oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C Fan/Gas Mark 7.
1. Remove sachet from the bag.
2. Tear open the sachet and add the seasoning from the sachet to the uncooked product, close bag. Shake product in bag, ensuring the Hasselbacks are evenly covered.
3. Place Hasselbacks onto baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake until they’re lovely, crisp, and golden.

Microwave
1. Please follow the first 3 OVEN instructions.
2. Place your seasoned Hasselbacks on a microwaveable plate in the microwave oven. Cook on full power.
3. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Ensure potatoes are piping hot throughout before eating.
