Wedges: Potatoes (91%), Batter (WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Modified Starch (Maize, Tapioca), Rice Flour, Salt, Corn Starch, Turmeric Extract, Colour (Paprika Extract)), Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Sunflower) – in varying proportions, Sachet: Barbecue Seasoning (1.7%) (Salt, Sugar, Spices (Chilli, Chipotle Chilli), Fructose, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Acid (Citric Acid), Colour (E150a), Garlic Powder, Flavouring, Smoked Maltodextrin, Smoke Flavouring, Paprika Extract, Lemon Flavouring)

How to Cook

Here’s how to cook McCain Shake Shake Wedges. To get the best results cook from chilled, our instructions are guidelines only. For the most delicious results, do not overcook!
DO NOT PLACE THE BAG IN THE OVEN.

OVEN
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C Fan/Gas Mark 7.
2. Carefully open the bag of wedges, tear open the sachet and ADD the seasoning from the sachet to uncooked product, close bag.
3. SHAKE product in bag, ensuring wedges are evenly covered.
4. TIP and spread your Shake Shake wedges in a single layer onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 16 – 18 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.

AIR FRYER
1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
2. Please follow the first two ‘IN THE OVEN’ instructions above.
3. Place the wedges in the basket, shake half-way through cooking. Cook until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.
