Packed with flavour, these wedges are made from specially selected potatoes and sprinkled with roasted garlic seasoning. These garlic wedges are perfect for a special meal or sharing.

Potatoes, Batter (WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), WHEAT Starch, Salt, Roasted Garlic Powder (0.6%), Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Yeast Extract, Parsley, White Pepper, Garlic Oil, Colour (Paprika Extract)), Sunflower Oil.

How to Cook
The following cooking instructions are for 500g of McCain Roasted Garlic Wedges. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT overcook!
Preheat the oven to 230ºC / 445ºF / Gas Mark 8.
For fan assisted ovens that’s 220ºC / 430ºF.
Spread your Roasted Garlic Wedges evenly in a single layer onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven.
Bake for 18 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.
Remove the rack from the grill pan. Preheat the grill for five minutes at a low heat.
