How to Cook
The following cooking instructions are for 550g of McCain Gorgeous Roast Potatoes coated in goose fat. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT overcook!
Preheat the fan assisted oven to 210°C / 410°F.
For conventional ovens that’s 230°C / 445°F / Gas Mark 8.
For best results cook the roasts on a preheated baking tray with a deep edge. Spread your goose fat Roast Potatoes evenly in a single layer onto the preheated deep edge baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, turning them every now and again until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.
TAKE CARE: The fat will be HOT!
