If you like your chips to be super crispy, our Thin & Crispy chips will satisfy your taste buds. Using top quality potatoes and our special crispy coating, they’re nice and crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle, and every bit as tasty.

Ingredients

Potatoes, Sunflower Oil, Batter (WHEAT Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Modified Starch (Maize, Tapioca), Rice Flour, Salt, Corn Starch, Natural Colours (Turmeric Extract, Paprika Extract)).

How to Cook

The following cooking instructions are for 350g of McCain Thin & Crispy Chips. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT overcook!

OVEN

Preheat the oven to 230ºC / 445ºF / Gas Mark 8.
For fan assisted ovens that’s 220ºC / 430ºF.
Spread your Thin & Crispy Home Chips evenly in a single layer onto a baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven.
Bake for 16 – 18  minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.

GRILL

Remove the rack from the grill pan. Preheat the grill for five minutes at a medium high heat.
Spread your Thin & Crispy Chips evenly in a single layer onto the grill pan.
Grill for 10 – 12 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden.
