Ingredients

Fries: Sweet Potato (90%), Batter (Maize Flour, Rice Flour, Modified Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Maize Starch, Tapioca Dextrin, Raising Agent (E450), Stabiliser (E415), Turmeric Extract, Colour E160(c)), Sunflower Oil (4.5%), Sachet: Sea Salt (0.5%), Three Pepper Seasoning (0.3%) (Cracked Black Peppercorn, Red Pepper, Cracked Green Peppercorn), Pimento.

How to Cook

The following cooking instructions are for a bag of McCain Shake Shake Sweet Potato Fries. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from chilled. DO NOT overcook!

IN THE OVEN

Preheat the oven to 210°C/200°C Fan/Gas Mark 7.
Remove sleeve and sachet from the bag. The sachet can be found attached underneath the outer sleeve.
Carefully open bag of sweet potato fries, tear open the sachet and ADD the seasoning from the sachet to uncooked product, close bag.
SHAKE product in bag, ensuring sweet potato fries are evenly covered.
Tip and spread your Shake Shake Sweet Potato Fries in a single layer onto baking tray and pop it into the top of the oven. Bake for 18 – 22 minutes, turning them every now and again, until they’re lovely and crisp.

Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
