What we do
Once the sun and rain have ripened the potatoes to perfection, our McCain farmers harvest them at their peak. For every chip, we know exactly when the potato was harvested, where it was grown and which McCain farmer grew it for us. But that’s not because we’re control freaks – we just want to get the cream of the crop.
