My spud shillings do not seem to be increasing

Some activities will give you Spud Shillings once per week, some will only give you Spud Shillings the very first time you complete them. As a rough guide, most games give Spud Shillings weekly, and things like competitions and recipes will only give you points once. If you still don't think you're getting enough Spud Shillings, please fill in the form below.

My Spud Shillings have not changed since I redeemed a voucher

If you've tried redeeming a voucher and the Spud Shillings have not been removed from your account, this is probably a sign that the process has not been completed as yet. Please allow 7 days and if there is no change to your Spud Shillings balance then please fill out the form below.

My Spud Shillings have disappeared

Don't worry, we'll get them credited back to your account! First of all try refreshing your Cache and log-in again. If you think your balance has dropped or gone completely, fill in the form below and we'll have a look what's happened.

I have not received my voucher since requesting it

Please don't worry, vouchers do take time to process. Mail vouchers can take up to 28 days and e-vouchers up to 10 days. If you've still not received your voucher after this time, get in touch below and we'll see what's happened to it.

Why can't I log in to the website?
