McCain Lightly Spiced Wedges with Sticky Ribs and homemade Corn Salsa
Ingredients
Ribs
- 8 large pork ribs
- 250ml bbq sauce
Salsa
- 1 small can sweetcorn
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of lime
How to cook
Pre heat your oven to 220C/430F/Gas Mark 7 and bake your Wedges for 18 minutes alternatively
preheat your grill for 5 minutes at a medium high heat. Grill for 12 - 14 minutes
turning every now and again (for more details on cooking instructions see the back
of your Wedges pack)
Simmer the ribs in a large pan of boiling water for 20 minuets. Drain and cover
with BBQ sauce. Place in a roasting tin and bake for 20/25 minutes at 220c.
Spread the McCain Lightly Spiced Wedges evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 18
minuets in the oven until hot, light and crisp or alternatively grill on a medium
high heat for 12 -14 minuets. (For more details on how to cook your McCain Lightly

Mix all the salsa ingredients together and season with salt and pepper and chill until needed.
Serve the ribs with McCain Lightly Spiced Wedges and well chilled corn salsa.
