McCain Lightly Spiced wedges with Chilli Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 bag McCain Lightly Spiced
Wedges
(Allow 135g per person)
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 tortilla wraps
- 1 red pepper
- Soured cream
How to cook
Spread the wedges evenly on a baking sheet and bake until hot and crispy, about
20 minutes
Mix the chicken strips with the herbs and spices. Heat the oil in frying pan and
fry the spiced chicken until cooked through.
Preheat the oven to 220C/430F/Gas Mark 7 and bake your Wedges for 18 minutes.
Alternatively preheat your grill for 5 minutes at a medium high heat. Grill for
12 – 14 minutes turning every now and again. (For more details on cooking instructions

Warm the tortillas and use to wrap chicken topped with red pepper slices and soured
cream.
Serve with Lightly Spiced Wedges and a salad garnish.
