McCain Home Roasts with salmon and steamed vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 bag McCain Home Roasts
    (Allow 135g per person)
  • 4 pieces of bone less and skinless salmon
  • 200g carrots cut into thin batons
  • 200g green beans

How to cook

Preheat your oven to 240c/475oF/Gas Mark 9 and bake your Home Roasts on a baking sheet until hot and crispy, about 25- 30 minutes. (For more details on cooking instructions see the back of your Home Roasts pack)

After the roasts have been in the oven for 10 minutes place the salmon on a separate baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile steam the vegetables and then serve together with the salmon and McCain Home Roasts.
