Fajitas & chilli dip served with Cajun Curly Fries
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 tbs flour
- 2tbs Cajun spices
- 1 tbs chopped chives
- 1 tps chopped red chilli
- 1 orange, sweet pepper, shredded
- 1 small lettuce, shredded
- 1 avocado, chopped and tossed in lemon juice
- 2 tbs olive oil.
- 8 flour tortilla wraps.
- 150g low fat natural yogurts
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce.
- 600g McCain Cajun Curly
Fries (uncooked weight)
How to cook
Mix the flour, spices and herbs together. Add the chilli if using, though
this will make them even spicier so be careful if serving to children.
Slice the chicken into strips and dip through the flour mix. Heat the olive
oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken in batches until cooked through. Serve
in warmed tortilla wraps with slices of pepper, shredded lettuce, avocado and a
dollop of yoghurt and a little chopped red chilli.
Serve with a sweet chilli dipping sauce and a side portion of McCain Cajun
Curly Fries. (Follow on pack cooking instructions)
