McCain Crispy Slices with Salad Nicoise

Ingredients

  • 1 bag McCain Crispy Slices
    (Allow 135g per person)
  • 1 large tin tuna, drained and broken into chunks
  • 1 cos lettuce
  • 1 small red onion finely sliced
  • 1 small packet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 200g cooked green beans, chilled
  • 1 small bottle of fresh French dressing

How to cook

Pre heat the oven to 230c/445f/Gase Mark 8 and spread your Crispy Slices evenly onto an oven tray and bake for 25 – 30 minutes. Alternatively place you Crispy Slices in the grill for 10-12 minutes, cook your Crispy Slices until they are crispy and light golden. (For more details please see the back of the Crispy Slices pack)

Tear off the whole cos lettuce leaves and mix with the onion, cherry tomatoes, green beans and tuna.

Just before serving add the hot McCain Crispy Slices and drizzle with the French dressing.
