Herby Chicken burgers with McCain Summer Wedges
Ingredients
- 1 pack McCain Summer Wedges
- 400g chicken mince
- 1 red onion very finely chopped
- 2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
- 2 tsp fresh chopped chives, (You can use dried herbs, about 1 tsp of each)
- 1 beaten egg
How to cook
Mix together the chicken, onion, herbs and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Using your hands shape mixture into 8 balls then flatten each one gently to form the burgers. Chill for 20-30 mins.
Preheat the grill/bbq and cook the burgers for 5-6 mins on each side, ensure they are cooked through and hot.
Preheat oven 220oc and spread the McCain wedges evenly on a baking sheet, cook until hot and crispy. Serve with burgers and salad.
