Let your imagination run wild with endless recipe options to accompany this new range.  Imagine, you’re browsing the freezer aisles for a pack of Southern Fries and suddenly you’ve dreamed up a Louisiana style evening meal of spicy grilled chicken with corn on the cob, served with crispy Southern Fries.   Or, stumble upon the Lightly Spiced Wedges and let their subtle seasoning of tomato, herbs and spices inspire you to treat your family to a delicious French style herby sausage casserole with piping hot wedges.

The entire Potato Winners range is made with good, honest, real ingredients that are all natural.  Top quality potatoes sourced from McCain’s family of farmers, many of whom McCain has worked and nurtured relationships with for generations; real and fresh ingredients season the products to create their inspirational taste, no artificial flavourings and E numbers; plus, all of McCain’s potato products are now cooked in healthy sunflower oil, low in saturated fats.  Potato Winners are just simply prepared, naturally seasoned, cleverly cut potatoes.

Core to McCain’s recent ‘It’s All Good’ campaign, is a focus on product reformulation to ensure loyal customers are rewarded with a healthier choice.  As part of the £20 million campaign, McCain has also developed new packaging which better communicates the real, simple and natural promise of its product offering and clearly states nutritional and ingredient content to consumers. 

Key to the new packaging design is the addition of traffic lights and Guideline Daily Amounts (GDA’s) on all pack and McCain is pleased to boast that there is not a single red traffic light in its entire portfolio.  All five products in the Potato Winners range score green for saturated fats and sugar and amber for fat and salt.

The new sophisticated look packaging also focuses on illustrating to shoppers exactly what is in the product.  Using stylish photography, the real ingredients and natural, deliciously tempting cooked Potato Winners are guaranteed to inspire consumers to create mouth-watering meals with these naturally seasoned, cleverly cut spuds.
